Rent elsewhere
Roach and bed bug infested. Don't fix the problems. Don't give you notifications when entering apartment. Asked about bugs before I moved in signed lease and bam! Roaches everywhere 6 months and about 15 cans of raid later still roach infested. If you can rent elsewhere do so.
