cannot get a hold of them to try and resolve an issue

Im waiting for 30 minutes just to tak on the office . worst room lots of bugs , and small rooms .

Do not ever rent from this company. I called to give my notice that i will have to move out was told I need to send and email for write a letter. I emailed my notice and asked to schedule a time for a walk through and to go over anything outstanding. Never heard back from them so I called after 2 days and no one returned my call. I ended up moving out and left the keys for them in the apartment. Still had not heard anything. 6 months later I get a call from a law firm saying i now owe $3000.

There apartments are bed bug infested. They fail to inform you before you sign the one year lease and when you try to call and inquire about it they give you the run around and tell you how its not their problem. Unreal, I never dealt with such absentminded people, and their landlord who is suppose to relay information to you keeps it to herself and tells you "I live in a more elite apartment" needless to say she is trying to say she is better than you. Words cannot express how horrible they are

Please don't rent here there's bed bugs problems everywhere and they do nothing about it so bad service ever .
