    WOW...You will not be disappointed!

    Where do I start...The showroom is very extensive with quality samples. Sales staff are friendly and respectful and certainly know their products. It was very comfortable spending 2 hours planning and designing our vision. The installation team was very skilled, courteous, and true craftsmen. The tile guys only do tile, the hardwood installer only does wood installations and the same can be said for the carpet installer. They specialize in their respective trades and the end result is evident that they care. We recommend Erin and her staff to all our friends and co-workers!

    Beautiful Selection

    The selection was outstanding and the quality is sepctacular. I was met with a pleasant woman who answered all my questions. The showroom is a must see!

    Horrible customer service

    Don't believe the article you read in the fine living magazine. They are no better than any other incompetent installer. Our job took twice as long as promised. I never got the tile I wanted but was so sick of waiting, I just settled with it. I left a message for one of the owner's to call me and he never bothered to return my messages and all I got was the run around and excuses. They weren't at all friendly, except for the installer, whom I liked and he did a good job installing. I can't imagine them staying in business for much longer. I went to them, hoping to get the truth and honest and courteous service, but I didn't find that at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
