Nexus Printing & Signs’ work can be seen all over Toronto’s Bloor West Village neighbourhood, though you’d never know it. After all, the busy print shop not only helps walk-in customers with all manner of printing-related and administrative tasks, but it also churns out promotional materials that help other local businesses get noticed. The shop's services include photocopying, scanning, faxing, laminating, binding and mailboxes. “You name it, we can do it,” owner Ali Farhoudi says, and adds, “We’re very community-minded.”
Ali set up shop in 1999 after gaining years of experience in another printing store. “We offer speedy service, competitive prices and we have a very good relationship with local residents and merchants," he says. "We make printing the last thing our customers have to worry about. For me, I love the satisfaction of doing a job well and on time.”
