We have tried this place several times and have always come out disappointed. The time we came in July, we waited 15 minutes just for drinks, and she never brought us a menu until we asked! Never a refill...just a lot of wasted time. Other times we've gone for dinner and we walked out - the bands are SOOOO noisy - turn it down! We couldn't talk to one another at all. We told our waitress to forget it but she said she already had the beer poured - and it turned out to be the wrong kind - I agree with other review - they don't seem humble enough to WANT to serve you there.
I waited 7 minutes until a waitress greeted me and took my drink order and I asked for a menu. The drink came after a 5 minute wait and I finally ended up paying $2 for a very small gingerale after waiting almost 15 minutes with no waitress. The big kicker is that there were only 11 people in the restaurant. I cannot believe this business is still open with that kind of customer service

Johnny the manager and Melissa our server looked after us all night. We had meant to start a long night out starting at the Keystorm. We couldn?t leave we were enjoying the atmosphere and great service. It?s not often where you get a beautiful waitress and she is a great server too. If I lived their, I would be a regular just because of how great they treated us! I can?t wait till next time I get a chance to visit Brockville and get to go their again.
They took forever to bring my meal. When it arrived, it was cold and tasted like it ws cooked 6 months ago. The owner was utterly awful and was our server. I will never be back there and wouldn't recommend any good paying customer to eat at this circus show they call a pub. This is the first bad review I've written as well. I don't just do this for kicks.
