Not cultural misunderstanding. Nova? Awesome for mani pedi? The guy...no I asked for gel french manicure. After 40 years of nails..this was horrendous..these nails look like a 10 year olds painted nails and the process of doing gel nails was nothing like I have ever seen..not Gel nails? What the heck he did. Painted gel on..painted white nail polish for the tips then painted gel over top...omg..horrible.. I now must now pay to remove them and have a professional do them right.

The owner was on her own while doing a pedicure and 2 nails, that was not appealing to watch. Spent most of the time ordering products on speaker phone while performing these 3 tasks so no customer interaction. The male owner came after and did my nails. Sweet man, did a great job and quick!! I will definatley go back however will not get my service done unless I can have full attention to what I am there for.

Bought a gift certificate for my daughters bday for a set of nails. So rude and unprofessional. Then charged her a 10 tip. She laid it because she thought that was the balance owing. Never going back there. And did a very bad nail job. Dont even deserve 1 star!

The reviews are based largely on cultural misunderstandings. I came from an area that was culturally diverse and sometimes adapting to Western manners can be a challenge. Yelling in anger is considered very rude in Vietnamese culture, but making announcements is not. Sit here! Or announcing that this nice person just gave you an extra $10 is like a celebration. As an introvert I also like not having to bare my soul every time I get a gel fill or pedicure.My nails last and look great,so I'm happy

Went for a fill. The lady didn’t do it properly. Could see old nail line under she painted white on tips. Looked nasty. Owner and her aunt talked over me the whole time. Filthy place the I’ve light box was absolutely disgusting. I will be reporting this place about their filthy establishment
