We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else. The staff are compassionate, caring and go above and beyond. As a bonus, they charge reasonable rates.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and compassion that was displayed to us by Dr. F. We called the emergency line Sunday and he was very rude to us on the phone. As we were explaining our pups situation he questioned and ridiculed our story and proceeded to tell us that he did not want to wait around for us on hid day-off, (not how we planned on spending OUR Sunday either - but things happen) among other rude remarks. If you don't want to care for animals change your job.

My dog had a lump on the side of her face. Vet took a sample which resulted in irritating the lump and soon became an infected abscess. Called into this vet voiced my concerns very upset because my dog looked in a lot of pain. They simply said they had no openings. I asked if the vet that looked after her about this could give me a call and received no call back. I am furious not only could their suggestion have been the reason it got worse they didn't even have the decency to check up on her.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from receptionist to vets and everywhere in between. Found everyone to do everything they could to help us and make us feel comfortable. Went above and beyond to take the time to explain things to us so that we could be the best pet owners possible.
