It's a good security system, however, I was told by the representative and the installer that anything under 40lbs would NOT set the alarm off. This is false, I have a small dog who is 23lbs, and sets off the alarm every time we set it to alarm all. They have moved the motion señor from upstairs to downstairs and he still trips the alarm when it is set. Disappointed. I can't set my alarm to Alarm all.

The sales person was professional and explained everything. They got us booked for an install right away and the tech was efficient and thorough.
