FYidoctors If Busy Call

0 out of 5. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't call you when there is a delay in their service. They don't have things done when they say. When they said they were going to re order lenses for my 1 year old son they took a month to come in when the told me it would only be a couple of days. They didn't call and tell me it would take longer. There are many more things that happened but I don't have enough characters to write an essay. Just avoid!!!

Clueless staff. The manager seemed frazzled and had poor customer service as well as being unknowledgeable! Kids on cell phones. It looked like a nursery and not a business!

A little pushy but nice I guessed.
