To be honest I’ve dealt with a lot of jewellery stores in the past for a lot of my watches and jewellery needs and never before have I been so impressed with the level of customer service that I received from this location. Apparently It’s a small family owned business and you can tell by the amount of attention they pay to customer service something you don’t find with the bigger box stores. The Lady I dealt with was nicely dressed very polite and very down to Earth and very knowledgeable.

Excellent watch service, best prices i have found after searching for so long. Older watch like mine is getting more difficult to find people who can repair it. Not here, I found knowledgeable professional watch makers. Thanks for the best service.

Went there for an appraisal and found out a couple of stones on my diamond bracelet were loose. So they offered to fix it and I agreed and when I came back for it they gave me back the bracelet. When I looked at it the settings they were demolished and the diamonds were missing and when I asked what happened they said he dropped the diamonds and was looking for it. When he finally found the diamonds I took everything and left then had to 3 times as much to have it fixed. What a nightmare to say
