Love the fact I don't need to book an appointment, staff very friendly, found many beautiful bras, and lots of lingerie, which didn't need any alteration, was treated like a princess, an added bonus they give $20 Princess that I get to use on my next purchase, that doesn't expire!!

This store has very nice clothes - very much more upscale than any other consignment or vintage store in Nanaimo. The selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry is very extensive and I have bought several items. As a regular customer, Brianna and her staff are very helpful in bringing items to my notice that they think I will like.

I cant express enough good words and actions to everyone here! They have been my go to place since puberty! And why i say that is i was born as a hermaphodite! I dont hide the fact that i have both female and male parts below the waist! And as a young adult having natural grown 36 dd's i make sure i can show them off! I took my 15 year old granddaughter for a bra fitting and met Elizabeth for the first time. We received excellent service. Elizabeth was very patient and kind. I do not usually take the time to write review but I feel that I have to comment on what a great experience I had as a visitor in your community. My friend wanted to take me to her favourite shop there Ann help us pick out several wonderful tops and was quite honest about how they fit and looked. We purchased several wonderful items a few days later my friend got a card from Ann thanking her for stopping by with her Manitoba friend. Great customer service than you Ann. We will be back.
