I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.

The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. All of the people we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful. The installation was done on time and very well by the technician. Emile’s work was great. He fixed my crank and lock for a large window in my high rise that was broken for over a year. It was hard to find someone who would service a high rise and I’m very thankful for Emile. Mike was quick and efficient. He took care of the service requirements promptly. He was Friendly and extremely courteous. I just moved into a new home and the windows wouldn't close properly. I had a couple of companies come out and they all said replacing the windows was my only option. Sam from Canada Glass came the day after i called them, he said he could service the windows, two days later a couple of men in uniforms came by, worked for only a couple of hours, and now the windows work! I like this company, they weren't just looking for the easy money!
