We recently had new windows, replacement sealed units, and a new garden door installed by Urban. We also had them adjust an existing door that was previously incorrectly installed by someone else. The quality of products installed & the calibre of workmanship was thoroughly impressive. They even went above-&-beyond when adjusting the existing door. Their sales person was earnest & not overbearing and their installation crew was friendly & courteous.

Huge selection of stuff. The store is always clean and the staff are helpful. Bought some propane here and the filler guy showed up pretty fast

what I thought would be a stressful decision designing a kitchen turned out to be a hassle free experience start to finish with the help of the designing team .Evan was especially a helpful decision maker. The price turned out way less than expected which was a delightful surprise. Thank you

After several tries at different shops on Jan 30 2018, Mark at the Canadian Tire was willing to help me with the company sprinter. The truck had a no start issue. He helped me get the truck towed to his shop where Mark and his team of auto pros went at it and got the truck back in running shape. They also allowed me to park the truck in their shop over the night. Just to be sure it would run in the morn. A great service dept and they went above the call to help me out. Now that’s service
