I booked an appt with Lou for a maintenance check-up. Daniel came and found that my heat exchanger was cracked and had to shut off my furnace- not an easy conversation but he was awesome (my furnace was 22 years old - so not shocking but not ideal). On a Friday afternoon, he went to the shop to get a couple of space heaters to make sure I was warm. Jesse dropped by to confirm the problem, and he was amazing, making sure I was safe and letting me know that Rob would be by to help me choose a new furnace. At 7 pm on a friday night, Rob showed up to show me my options and set up an appt with Emmett to replace my furnace on Saturday! Emmett showed up in the afternoon and was so nice, I could tell he'd had a long day already, but it didn't matter he replaced my furnace efficiently and with a smile. Within 36 hours, I had a new furnace! I can't say enough about how great my experience was. Thank you to everyone at Affordable....Lou, Daniel, Jesse, Rob, and Emmett - you are amazing!" A freezing winter day with no heat? That’s when we step in. ❄️From quick communication to Nathan’s thoughtful service, we’re all about reliable solutions with a personal touch. Thank you for trusting us to keep your home warm and sharing such kind words! "Last Saturday, my Lennox furnace broke down during a cold winter day, leaving my home without heat. I found Affordable Comfort through a Google search and emailed them on Sunday morning, hoping for a quick response. To my surprise, they replied within an hour and arranged for a technician to come that very afternoon. Nathan, the young professional who arrived, showed up half an hour earlier than expected. He was incredibly polite and thoughtful, even offering to go into my basement without his shoes on despite the freezing cold. I couldn’t let that happen, so I gave him a new pair of winter slippers that fit him perfectly. Nathan spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting the furnace and determined that the control board was faulty, which meant the repair couldn’t be completed that night. Before leaving, he reassured me that Affordable Comfort would contact Lennox first thing Monday morning to secure the part. He even offered to lend me his personal electric heater to help keep me warm, which touched me deeply. When I came home Monday night, my house was warm again. After three days without heat and interacting with Nathan, I was not only impressed by his professionalism but also inspired by his kindness. This experience reminded me of the importance of doing good for others, especially those who are struggling. In our society, everyone deserves to live under a warm roof and experience kindness.
