STAY AWAY from Zancor Homes builder!! Poor quality builder, using cheap materials and dealing with unprofessional subcontractors. We bought the house 2 years ago in King City area. We have wavy floor and ceiling. Moreover, we still have a lot of leaks in our home, and now because of their neglecting behavior we have a mold. However, they are continuing to ignore us: don’t answer our emails and phone calls. The customer service is not existing.
