Masi Designs and Renovation

Five stars are not enough! Sandra and the entire team at Masi Design were a pleasure to work with. Masi is our go-to renovation company. Sandra and her team have given us the most beautiful basement. Next we hired Masi to renovate our kitchen, remove a wall to our TV room, and replace hardwood flooring. We now have our dream kitchen! Soon, they'll be renovating our bathrooms. Highly, highly recommend.

Masi takes forever to respond to phone calls and emails, if they respond at all. When they do respond, its like they have taken advanced courses in non-communication. When they installed our kitchen, their carpenter told us parts were missing. I asked if I had to do anything, and was told Masi would take care of it. They did not. We had to arrange to get the parts ourselves from IKEA (who had hired Masi). The install began July 8; its now September 18 and we are still waiting for completion.

MASI Designs and Renovations are awesome!! They removed and installed my new IKEA Kitchen in record time. I love my new kitchen! The installers were very detailed and answered all my questions regardless of how many times I asked them the same question....lol!! My project manager/designer Sandra was onsite regularly and always available to me. Thanks to the MASI team I now have my dream kitchen!!

Possibly the worst run company I have run into to date. Do not use them for any renovation.
